Congrats to New Grads!!
It's traditional graduation season. Congratulations to all the new grads and to those who will be new grads in the coming weeks. Welcome to nursing!
Expect to give yourself a full year before you feel comfortable in this new role. You might think that sounds silly right now, but in time you'll understand exactly what I mean.
In the meantime, U.S. nurse grads will be taking the NCLEX, and in other parts of the world you'll take some sort of licensing exam as well. Check out the suggestions for studying for these exams on The Nursing Site.
